Under Kala’s connections and services, you can set up a vacation balance for your employees with automatic refills on the 1st of each month. When creating the balance, you specify its name and the number of vacation days automatically added to the balance during refill.
You can find the setup under Settings in the left-hand menu
- Navigate to Settings > Connections and services
- Scroll down to Services and find the setting Automatic Refill of Vacation Balance
- Type in a name for the balance and specify the refill amount (is set to 2.08 by default)
