In Kala, you can create templates for easy completion of quality control forms, checklists, inspection reports, and more – directly in Kala while on the go.
Under Settings in the left-hand menu, you will find a category called Form Templates. Here, you can create a template containing the checks, elements, or input fields an employee will encounter when filling out a specific form. You can create as many templates as you need.

If you want to adjust the settings related to your forms, you can do the following:
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings.
- Find Forms and expand the section.
- Adjust the settings to suit your needs.
