To integrate Kala with Billy, follow these steps:

Step 1: Enable the Integration

1. In Kala, navigate to Settings > Connections and services > Add Connection and select Billy from the list of available systems.
2. Open a new browser window and log in to your Billy account.

Step 2: Generate and Copy the API Key

1. In Billy, go to Services > Integrations section in the left-hand menu and select Add New API Key in the top right corner.
2. Give your API Key a name and copy the generated API key.

Step 3: Enter the API Key in Kala

1. Return to Kala and paste the API key into the designated field.
2. Fill out the desired settings for your integration with Billy.
3. Click Continue to complete the integration process.

Your Kala account is now integrated with Billy. Kala will automatically synchronize customers from Billy, allowing you to invoice time directly from Kala.

How to create an invoice and send the draft to Billy

1. Go to Projects > Select the Project You Want to Invoice.
2. Navigate to the Info section of the project.
3. Click Invoice to generate an invoice.
