In Kala, you can effortlessly keep track of your project’s history/timeline and follow its progress from start to finish. Add photos, write notes, and attach other documents to the project as work progresses.
When you open a specific project, its history will automatically be displayed on the project page. You can review the history by simply scrolling down. This is also where you can add notes, documentation, or any other updates to the project.

Visibility settings for comments
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings
- Find the setting: Visibility settings for comments
- Enable the setting
- Reload your browser and navigate back to the desired project
- When creating a new post in project history, you will now see two checkboxes that determine if the post in creation is visible to partners or the customer
Visibility to partners and/or the customer is especially useful if you use Live Reports in Kala. Live Reports are a simple and convenient way to allow customers to follow the progress of a project. This feature can enhance transparency and boost customer satisfaction during the project’s execution. If you’re interested in this feature, you can read more about Live Reports here.
